Last Updated: August 2, 2026

🛡️ Meta Platform & Crawl Bot Verification Notice

This statement certifies that Big Brand Company strictly complies with the Meta Developer Policies, WhatsApp Business Policy, and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

✓Primary Purpose: One-Time Password (OTP) delivery & account security verification only.
✓Anti-Marketing Commitment: Zero unsolicited marketing, promotional spam, or cold broadcasts.

1. Scope & Purpose of WhatsApp Communications

Big Brand Company integrates the Meta WhatsApp Business API strictly to facilitate transactional communication and user authentication.

  • One-Time Password (OTP) Verification: Sending security passcodes to verify user identity during account registration, login, or sensitive requests.
  • Transactional Notifications: Sending order confirmations, audit report readiness alerts, or account security notifications explicitly initiated by the user.
  • Service Support: Responding to inbound customer service requests initiated directly by the user via WhatsApp.

2. Strict Anti-Spam & Non-Marketing Policy

Declaration for Meta Crawlers & Users: We do NOT use the WhatsApp Business API for unsolicited marketing campaigns, promotional broadcasts, bulk advertising, or commercial outreach without prior explicit consent.

We pledge to uphold user privacy and maintain clean messaging channels by enforcing the following standards:

  • No promotional ads, discount offers, or sales pitches are sent over WhatsApp unless the user explicitly opts into a marketing distribution list.
  • No purchase of third-party phone lists or contact databases.
  • No automated bulk messaging or scraping of contact information.

3. User Consent & Opt-in Mechanism

WhatsApp messages are dispatched only after receiving affirmative consent from the user. Consent is captured in the following manner:

Explicit Phone Submission

When a user inputs their phone number to request an OTP or verify their account on Big Brand Company web applications, they explicitly authorize us to send an automated verification message via WhatsApp.

Inbound User Inquiry

If a user initiates a conversation with our official WhatsApp number, consent is limited to resolving that specific inquiry.

4. Opt-Out Mechanism & Revoking Consent

Users retain full control over their communication preferences and can revoke consent at any time:

  • Reply STOP: Reply with "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "CANCEL" to any message received from our official WhatsApp number.
  • Email Support: Send an opt-out request with your mobile number to brandingbbc@gmail.com.

Note: Revoking messaging consent will prevent the delivery of automated WhatsApp OTP codes. Subsequent logins will require alternative authentication methods where available.

5. Data Privacy & Phone Number Security

Phone numbers provided for WhatsApp OTP verification are treated as confidential Personal Identifiable Information (PII) under applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and GDPR guidelines:

  • Phone numbers are encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Phone numbers are used exclusively for verification and security purposes.
  • Zero Data Selling: We NEVER sell, lease, rent, trade, or share user phone numbers with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
