Data Deletion Request

1. How to Request Deletion

Send an email with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your name and the phone number or email address you used with us.
• Which service it relates to (website, Brand Audit, WhatsApp OTP, Breadcrumb, CrumbPass).
• Whether you want everything deleted or only specific data.

We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by an OTP to the phone number on record, so we do not delete data on someone else’s request.

2. What We Delete

• Contact details such as name, email, and phone number, including numbers held for OTP verification.
• Brand Audit questionnaire answers and the generated report.
• For CrumbPass and the ChatGPT plugin: OAuth connections and tokens for your account and the restaurant data you own, on request.
• Marketing and messaging preferences linked to your number.

3. What We May Keep

We may keep limited records that the law requires, such as invoices and payment records for tax and accounting, and records needed to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud. We keep only what is necessary and delete it when the obligation ends.

4. Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle. We will confirm to you by email once it is done.

5. Disconnecting the ChatGPT Plugin

You can stop the CrumbPass plugin from accessing your restaurant at any time by disconnecting it in your CrumbPass owner settings or in ChatGPT. Tokens also expire automatically after 30 days. 6. Meta & Facebook Data

If you signed in or interacted with us through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, we hold only the data you gave us on this site. You can also remove our access in your Meta account settings and request deletion here. See our WhatsApp Policy and Privacy Policy.
