Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Payments

Payments on this website are processed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or net-banking details. A payment is confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation or a receipt from Razorpay.

2. Brand Audit

• The Brand Audit is a digital report generated after you complete the questionnaire and pay. Because delivery starts immediately, it cannot be cancelled once the report has been generated.
• If you were charged but the report was not delivered, or you were charged more than once, we will either deliver the report or refund the payment in full.
• If you believe the report is materially incomplete or does not match the information you submitted, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review it and, where appropriate, correct it or refund the payment.

3. Branding & Marketing Services

Fees for branding, design, and growth engagements are governed by the proposal or agreement we send you. Unless that document says otherwise, advance payments for work that has not started are refundable, and payments for work already delivered or in progress are not. Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as ad spend, printing, and domains, are non-refundable.

4. Breadcrumb & CrumbPass Subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not provide pro-rata refunds for a partly used billing period, except where required by law or where we were unable to provide the service.
• If you are charged after cancelling, or charged in error, contact us and we will refund the amount.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us with the payment ID or receipt, the email or phone number used, and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge it within 2 business days.

6. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. After we approve a refund, Razorpay and your bank typically take 5 to 7 business days to credit it. Banks may take longer; contact your bank if it has not arrived after that.
