By accessing or using the Big Brand Company website (bigbrandcompany.in) or engaging our branding and digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our WhatsApp Messaging Policy.

2. Electronic Communications & Messaging

By providing your telephone number or email address on our platform, you consent to receiving electronic communications:

• OTP Verification: One-Time Passwords sent via WhatsApp API or SMS for identity verification.
• Service Notifications: Operational and transactional alerts related to your requested services or brand audit applications.
• You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting our support team.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logo designs, text, graphics, and custom code displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Big Brand Company. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Software Products (Breadcrumb & CrumbPass)

• Breadcrumb (breadcrumbai.in) and CrumbPass (crumbpass.in) are provided as subscription or hosted services and may have additional terms shown at sign-up.
• You must be authorized to manage the business, Google Business Profile, or restaurant you connect, and you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials private.
• AI-generated content, such as drafted review replies, is a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing it before it is published.
• The CrumbPass ChatGPT plugin lets you change menu data, including permanent deletions. You are responsible for reviewing actions before approving them. See our AI & ChatGPT Plugin Policy.
• We may update, suspend, or retire features to maintain security, reliability, or compatibility with third-party platforms such as Google and ChatGPT.

5. Payments, Cancellation & Refunds

Payments are processed in Indian Rupees by Razorpay. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or products, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, interfering with or overloading the service, reverse engineering it, sending spam, or using it to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. We may suspend access for violations.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp, Pixel), Razorpay, Google, OpenAI, and AI model providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services and reports, including the Brand Audit, are provided “as is” for general guidance and do not guarantee any business result such as revenue, reviews, or rankings.

Big Brand Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, messaging services, software products, or branding platform. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using our services at any time, and we may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
